Product scope

CodexDrive provides independent vehicle identification, backup, analysis and coding workflow software. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by BMW AG. Matrix and VIN results are estimates; a real vehicle scan is required.

Your responsibility

You must have authority to access the vehicle, use appropriate power support, review backups and warnings, and comply with laws, warranties and safety requirements. Do not use the product for immobilizer, emissions, odometer or unauthorized security modifications.

Licenses and credits

Licenses are issued for the purchased VIN/device capacity and may not be resold or shared outside the purchaser's organization. AI credits are usage units, have no cash value and are subject to reasonable fraud controls.

No universal compatibility promise

Vehicle hardware, market configuration, ECU software and secure-coding requirements vary. A listed chassis or candidate result does not guarantee any feature, write operation or outcome.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Crypto payments are sent directly to CodexDrive wallets and confirmed manually. All sales are subject to our refund policy and delivery policy.
