Digital licenses
CodexDrive sells one-time digital licenses that unlock software immediately. Because a license key is delivered digitally, please confirm compatibility with the free VIN checker before purchasing.
When you can request a refund
If the software fails to activate or does not function as described and we cannot resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been used to write coding changes to a vehicle.
AI credits
AI credit packs are consumable and are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. Unused, untouched packs may be refunded within 14 days.
Crypto payments
Approved refunds for crypto purchases are returned in the same asset to a wallet address you provide, less any network fees. Exchange-rate fluctuations are not reimbursed.
